Yes, for the Mortgage and Mortgage Service Companies requesting research of assessment numbers on the property tax roll and printing of tax notices:
- Tax notice requests are due before October 31st for the tax billing in November.
- Tax payments are due on or before December 31st. We accept payments postmarked with a December 31st date, but to facilitate a timely collection cycle we request that all Mortgage Companies pay by December 20th.
- A $1.50 fee per assessment is charged for each notice requested by Mortgage Companies.
