PROJECT NAME:
Infield Turfing of Baseball Fields
The City of Leesville is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide infield turfing of four baseball fields at the Leesville Recreation Complex.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
- Field 1 - 70 ft. infield with 60 and 80 ft. base options
- Field 2 - 60 ft. infield with 50 and 70 ft. base options
- Field 3 - 60 ft. infield with 50 and 70 ft. base options
- Field 4 - 60 ft. infield with 50 and 70 ft. base options.
All fields with the following:
- 35, 40 and 43 ft. pitching rubber anchors with 12 ft. circle around 40 ft. rubber and circle around batter's box area.
- Entire infield turf fence to fence.
- Foul lines from fence to foul line and to outfield fence
BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, marked with the project name via email to cityadmin@leesvillela.gov / chris.fox@leesvillela.gov; in person to Leesville City Hall located at 508 South 5th St., Leesville, LA; or mailed to City of Leesville, PO Box 1191, Leesville, LA 71496
- Bids shall include certification of qualifications and proof of insurance
- Deadline for all bids will be May 27, 2025 by 10:00 a.m.
BID OPENING:
Bids will be opened publicly at 10:30 a.m. on May 27, 2025 at Leesville City Hall located at 508 South 5th St., Leesville, LA
