Golf Course Associate

We are seeking a friendly, reliable Part-Time Golf Course Associate to support daily operations at the Leesville Municipal Golf Course. This position assists with front-of-house duties such as greeting guests, processing payments, and maintaining a welcoming environment, as well as performing light course and facility maintenance to ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable experience for all Guests.

Responsibilities

Greet guests, check in players, and process payments
Answer questions about tee times, course policies, and amenities
Maintain a clean clubhouse and assist with events
Perform light groundskeeping such as debris pickup, raking bunkers, and restocking course supplies
Clean and prepare golf carts for daily use
Assist maintenance staff with basic tasks as needed

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Basic knowledge of golf is helpful but not required
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and perform light physical tasks
Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends or holidays as needed
